Hi guys!! ☺️✨ DAY 17 of #ARMedForApril with @_kariooo and @black3dahlia is PINCHA MAYURASASANA with leg variation (stag legs) ✨✨✨✨
1⃣ Starting in yesterday’s challenge pose (Dolphin Pose) , Lift one leg straight up as far as you can get it to go. (Dolphin with extended leg will be the beginner pose of the day)
2⃣ Using the foot that is still grounded, hop or push off the floor keeping your legs apart (one in front of the other). If you are a beginner and would like to move past Dolphin, use the wall. When you push off the floor, the foot of the extended leg should touch the wall.
3⃣ Gain your balance. Once balance has been achieved, keep your legs apart and bend both at the knee.
4⃣ For those using the wall, slide the foot touching the wall down SLOWLY. If you fell comfortable, once the foot is as far down as you can get it, try to slowly release your foot from the wall.
